I think you have a lot of reading to do here buddy, yes there is another way to unlock channels and that is to buy a legit subscription to that provider....
When you have done that then read up on the concept of "cardsharing"

What image have you got installed buddy? most of them are just a case of plug it in and do a full restart of the box.... then select wlan from the menu/network and input your security key etc.
If this box is only three days old return it to the seller buddy.

Well it could well be that the peer that you are receiving it from is experiencing problems with their server? have you been in touch with them to check if all is ok?
Ok what version of Blackhole are you running? and also the starGold channel this is clearing from your own card or a share???

I have that file installed on my own pc bud and there is no problem with it, first time you run cs studio you may get a warning from your firewall which you will have to set to allow it to work..
Have you tried a full restart of the duo? the latest version of BH is 2.0.9.1
Use this program on your pc or laptop to have a look at your cccam info.

Vu can be a bit picky at times regards makes of usb sticks, have you tried different manufacturers?

Have you tried flashing the box with the original Vu image? see if it still locks up with that installed....
Press the menu button on your remote and select "information" & then select "about". Tell us what version of vix you are running. Version & build are the details we need...

If your box came with the latest ViX on it buddy then you are running the enigma2 system....
To install a softcam you can do this from within the vix image now, press the menu button on your remote, then select plugins. in here press the green button, a list will appear and on it you will see softcams. Select one off the CCcam ones if your just going to install a cline, this will get you up and running...
