Hello I have a problem with DCC E2 v240, I am getting the below error

I think it says, error creating window device context.

It has been working fine for months and now I have this error, I have

uninstalled it and reinstalled its still the same. I have tried running is as admin.

I have had a clean up with ccleaner.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is ?

ago and I have not herd anything at all from them, I had my return RMA number on the box.

How long have some of you waited for your dreambox to be returned to you?.

Thank you very much s3no. I have a asus vpn router all my devices are on the vpn

disabling the vpn fixed the problem.

However this was working months ago maybe it was a asus firmware upgrade

that made it not work .

Hello all, Is anyone getting the same error that I am getting or is it just me?

Error the downloaded file is not in 7-zip format.

In my tmp folder on the dreambox two all the 7-zips are in there after trying to

update the picons but they are all corrupted.

It was working fine the last time i used it before the last update.

Hello all, I have a strange problem. My next door neighbour knows when I watch porn :-)

they get a shadow on there TV screen, it only seems to do it when I watch hotbird 13e .

I have a dreambox two and a LG TV, it did do it on my old dreambox 7020hd too.

Is there anyway of stopping this please ? , Thanks. lol

Hello all, Just a quick question about dreambox control center.

I remember a few years back now I had a file I think it was called dccscripts I cannot remember

if it was txt or xml. I could put all my scripts in this file and place it in the dcc dir on my laptop

and it loaded into dcc at startup to make it quicker to send scripts to the dreambox.

I have been trying to get this working again with no luck, is this still possible in dcc? can anyone help with this?

I have barryallen installed on usb. I am using Dream-Elite-v7.1 and The-Gemini-Projecte-v4.1.

I am watching dvb channels and there is no sound control on both images. they have the same problem.

SD channels are fine, everything else is ok.

Hello all, I have a dreamtwo and on all the HD channels there is no volume control

its on or off. is this just a temporary thing that mite be fixed in a software update

soon, or is there something wrong with my dreambox? do I need to install any audio apps

to get it working or change any settings. Any info on this please.

I have exactly the same on mine, I can see all cams , start and stop and auto start cam.

I am in the middle of installing the Dream Elite 7.1 image again and starting again, 9th time lucky lol.

All the cams and there configs are all in there default locations

after install. and they are the ones from the feed and not ones I already had.

I did manually edit them adding a severs without using freeserver app

and its still the same.

I did find more configs as you said in /var/tuxbox/config I manually added

a server to them as well, and still no luck.

No its no good without the config folder with the config files in it, blank screen and freeserver app

gives an error, no such file or directory.

the config folder with the config files in it needs to be in tuxbox. or for cccam if one becomes available

needs to be in etc.

I am still having no luck at all with this dreamtwo and the feed in the 1st post with Dream Elite 7.1

I will take the config files out the config folder and just put them in tuxbox without any config folder.

cccam is not in the feed to download, its not there. where can I get cccam for this image?

Hello mate, I downloaded all the configs within the feed, the only config that would not download

was ncam. I have started from scratch a few times and installed the image again and tried again and again.

I spent at least 7 hours on this.

I have had about 5 dreamboxes over the years and never had a problem, have been around since d2mac.

I am really struggling with this feed.

Hello all, Has anyone tested this, I am using the Dream-Elite Image 7.1

with the DExtra on this page on a dreamtwo and I can not get any cams working.

I am not a complete idiot know where the config files go, and have installed

softcam manager and I can see the cams and have started the cams one at a time

and tested, nothing is clearing.

Has anyone else had trouble getting a cam working that could help please. , Thanks.
