In first post there is only one file ipk (for all images all devices)
Ncam-Images-MIPS-IPK (For All devices that use ipk system)
That one for your device please use it ... then post the result ..
Ncam not depend on openssl any more (just you need to install libcrypto)
Ipk file can do every things (just downlaod it and install)
Here is my DM920 (same your device cpu (ARMv7) on PureE2 6.4 after install ipkg ncam work just fine ...
