i want to upgrade to 177 as have had had a few green screens with 176 image always with crosspeg epg and devices manager, i like the look of solo black hole back up 1.7.7. but is tghis the light version or the origional version that contains the hybrid tv thingy, that i would prefer not to have ?? -

just rescan the new frequency of nicktoons, you can find at lyngsat.com, just one transponder and you will get them up in the satellites list, if like me you using channel list eg catseye, they are not updated as yet ( i think )

when i open the satellite xml folder it opens in a windows browser page with all the listings, i cant edit from there no ? i suppose i have to find a way to open it in notepad, to edit, is this correct ?

hello all,
being on the fringe reception of 28.2 i have a little problem with a very few channels, some of 28.2 have different transponder settings, g-ld for example 11992 h is a week transponder for wher i am, on the other hand the same channel transmits on south beam at 11817 v and can receive this no problem, i have a motorized system so am using catseye settings for channel lists, is there a way to edit this list and swap the frequencys ? its only a couple of channels that i need to do and my set up would be great,

i have a 16g usb inserted in the back of my vu solo, it holds the epg info and picons for 28.2, can i also set this up to record programs ? as i dont record much it would be big enough for me, or do i need to go out and buy a hdd ? also is there a tut to capture and post crash logs anywher, been looking but couldnt find one, thanks -
after switching to this image i find some channels in 4.3 image omly on a few channels am using catseye channel list, is this the norm, have a 42" plasma connected via hdmi lead, this is on 28.2 , did not have this issue with 1.7.3.

strange thing though, i have epg ok but now in crosspeg setup the usb its not there, it was before, in crosspeg configure it only gives the option of internal flash nothing else ??

i think i got it! bh epg is seperate from crosspeg i think, have set it all on bh epgand all is ok fingers crossed -
cazuela, i was half way through re flashing vu when i read your post, now up graded to 1.7.6 and everything is fine, got my usb mapped and it stays recognized in crosspeg, so fingers crossed all ok, thanks for help

no option to remove in plugins thinking of upgrading to latest bh image to refresh everything cant see whats going on ????

on ts panel under tools, uninstal package and remove pluginin folder, there is no crosspeg there to uninstall ???

hi using bh 1.7.3 still having problems with crosspeg, when i go to mount usb get green screen, then when it boots back usb is mounted when i map it to media usb it doesnt hold, doesnt show in crosspeg configuration, i had this all working before driving me mad , followed all tuts and no joy, any suggestions ?

make sure youre pen drive is mapped 2x blue button then force reload of crosspeg on green button
also been having problems with crosspeg lately sometimes green screens when i go to devices to remap,

using black hole 173 and cant seem to hold epg data, using open tv on 28.2 usb is in the right path , everything downloads but does not show on crosspeg only now and next on the channel i am on, have remounted the usb 4gb and inisialized it again but no joy, any ideas out there
