Well then it becomes a bit more complicated.
But there are solutions.
1. Same app installed on an Mobile device like phone or tablet + a google Chromcast.
2. If you have an spare box. Maybe an old dreambox or other brand.
----Install RemoteChannelStreamConverter Plugin or on Dreambox Partner plugin
---- Setup the box with tuner settings inactiv.
With picture I assume you are asking about streaming from your DM920 to your smart tv?
If your TV has Android install the app dream Player for Android TV and you can stream from your DM920 to your smart tv
My suggestion do not work with none DreamOS images for obviouse reasons
This is to prevent you from flashing an in compatible image.
It only works with DreamOS based images and not OE-A based images.
Follow the suggestion from master G and all will work just fine 
Here's is easy method to Flash any Image on Dreambox (DM520, DM900 and DM920 etc), without Internet Connection. I explain here for your DM520
Start on your computer with step 1 - 3 below
1. Format USB memory stick with Fat-32 and set the label to DREAMFLASH
2. Copy image to USB Drive
3. Rename image " dreambox-image-dm520.tar.xz "

From here continue with your reciver (dm520hd)
4 Insert USB to receiver
power on your receiver and touch and hold front touch panel within 500 ms to bring receiver into Rescue Mode
Note: If receiver is on red light then first power off your receiver from rocker switch.
Then power on your receiver and touch and hold front touch panel within 500 ms to bring receiver into Rescue Mode
There is no Dosplay on your box so I assume there will be some lights indicating that flashing is in progress.
But when it's done the box should reboot automatic. Be patient it can take up to 5 min
Well most of the DreamOS images has their own home.
So those you find here are maybe not the latest one.

If you choose to try the Open Images. Make sure you are Not!!! bacup & Restore any settings!!!!
Or else you can most certainty end up with a lot of work and skills needed to salvage your Dreambox

Merlin
SatLodge
Gemini GP 4.1

Problem is that you have flashed an unsupported OE-A image instead of a DreamOS image that your Dreambox Two is suppouse to use.
You have also put you in the situation that you can damage your box by flashing an OE-A based image if you have not the proper skills.
IMPORTANT!! When you flash a new image later. Make sure you are not!!! creating any backup of the settings and for love of God

I have always been a big fan of the old style skins for Dreambox.
So since the Image updates from DP seems to be slow, I hade some free time and just hade to convert one of this retro skins.
Here are some screenshots and maybe there are other oldies like me who remember this skin Adriatic-Turquoise.
I have redone all the graphics from the original, Created a lot of new screens to match todays modern image.
Have some tweaks left, Or probably many that I hope you can help me to find

They have it beacuse most router do not have the VPN connecting client. So then it's nice to be able and use it from the box
I would say no, Or rather say that you have done it correct. Better to have one common VPN for all devices
then several in the same Network.
How about a dirty one 
Well at first glans you can call him/her/hen many things. And the communication is like an Elephant dancing samba in a glass store.
But I do get that somewhere goes the line even for Gutemine.
Look at the facts.
All the plugins have been ripped of by all OE-A Teams without so much as a question if it's okey.
DreamProperty has on the other hand been lazy and never develope any basic plugins like
Image Backup & Flashing. No Multiboot and lot's of other basic functions, Just depending on Gutemines free work.
He/She/Hen has over many many years developed about all there is of plugins we all take for granted today.
All Images and all Teams no matter if they build on DP repo or OE-A repo, They all in someway have Gutemines work in all their basic plugins.

You can install any version and it still want work. Gutemines feeds are closed. So the plugin has nothing to connect to
urie When building any typ of package you must include all files in the source.
If you provide the .py file then they are compiled into .pyo and or .pyc after the installation.
So when you uninstall the package it's only remove the .py file and leave the rest since the package do not own those files.
So make sure to include all files and all should work just fine.
But you have a SatCR/Uicable LNB if I am correct from reading your post at VC?
If so then you can configure the tuners without an extra cable.
Same configuration as Tuner a but without the motor settings.
Choose a free channel frequency, Ex if your Tuner a is using Channel 1 then set Tuner C to use channel 2
And scroll down to Connected in the settings screen. Chose connected to tuner A and all should work just fine.
The nice thing is with FBC Tuner you can also configure more Tuners if needed,
It depend on how many channels are availible in your LNB. But they all has a minimum of 4 channels.
So you can setup.
Tuner A Channel 1
Tuner C Channel 2 (Connected to Tuner A)
Tuner D Channel 2 (Connected to Tuner A)
Tuner E Channel 2 (Connected to Tuner A)
Now you can watch one channel and record from 3 channels at the sametime with one cable.
Of cause since your are using an motor this apply to same sat position only
You can choose from lots of Themes in the settings. And I suggest your try the Modern look 
Yes the problem with DreamOS is that the old grab file doesn not work with OE 2.6
So there is a simple screengrab binare with no settings.
If you need to make special screenshots like LCD use the standard web interface.
