    Din Zero har ju ingen CI+ plasts (common interface)

    Och Betal servrar i alla fomer är iknte lov att parata om här men kan väl säga så mycket att Viasat inte finns på någon server oavset vad dom reklamerar för.


    Det är bara över IPTV som du hittar det. Men samma regel här. Betal server thänster är inte lov.

    Men google är ett fint verktyg :)

    IMPORTANT INFO TO DREAMOS USERS OF JEDI


    Thanks to satinfo who spotted a smal but very important typo in the DreamOS version.deb installer i have posted a new file in post nr1


    There is nothing new from the old. But since I manage to put an "s" into Xtream you want be able to update when or if there comes a new

    without first installing the file in post nr1.


    You also need to use the dpkg force to replace the package that broken with the new one.

    This is done like this:


    1. download the .deb from first post and then with ftp transfer to the /tmp/ folder of your Dreambox.


    2. Use a terminal like putty or DCC to open a telnet/ssh connection.


    Now use this commands.

    dpkg --force-all -i /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-jedimakerxtream_6.11.20210208_all.deb

    This will correct my error and fix so you can update in the future :)

    This problem is due to how dpkg works. You can't install a package over a package,

    dpkg checks if the package you are trying to upgrade with is the same as the installed one.

    When you build your Release file for the feeds you also create a uniq identifier that dont match the original package.


    You have to ask your devs to check the dpkg code in addon manager. I can't check that for you since DE is Closed Source.

    Check that they have the --force code correct adjusted

    You are using service app now but in the correct way as i explain in some post above.

    When you play a DVB 1 or 4097 it's the enigma2 player doing what it's intended for

    As soon as you use a 5001 5002 stream service app kicks in and use the correct player needed for those streams


    It's a common misstake that you should set the default player to gst or exteplayer3.

    You only need that if you for some reason only use your enigma2 device for Streaming and all your streams are either servicetyp 5001 or 5002

    That's because there is no postinst script deleting the old .ipk from the /tmp folder


    I added that file to my build and change the version to standard, Date is not recommended to use since it's the last digits in version

    that is used by opkg to recognize if it's and upgrade, downgrade or new

    And i assume that year 21 is not going to be change until 22 so no upgrades will work in the future ;)



    felix dias you must delete the old ipk file from /tmp folder since you are using *.ipk the * is a joker sign and will install .ipk files in your tmp folder

    Er sånn det virker for meg.


    Den må stå i TV ja. Men så fort den virker igjen setter du den over i din sat mottaker disable firmware update!!!!

    Og ja sett den i Multiservice men den kan fint stå på auto også :)

    Skulle vel ha oppdatert denne tråden for lengsen. Når jeg skrev den låg det ikke noen sperre i CI modulen kun fra CD.

    Så satte du den på multiservice så kunde du i prinsipp ta opp på hvor mange kanaler som helst.


    Nå ligger det en sperre i selve firmwaren på modulen så dette virker ikke lengre.

    Men... her kommer et men ;)


    Nå er det sånn at det selges TV apparater med innebygget Sat Tuner i stede for Kabel/Marksendt som er vanligst.

    Har du en som er godkjent av CD her i Norge så du bare ringer og klage skikkelig på en av kundtjenst folka at du ikke kan ta opp på din godkjente TV

    Da skal du.. men du må stå på deg skikkelig få en oppdatering sendt ut. Da er det viktigt at modulen stå i den godkjente TV når den kommer.

    Da blir sperra tatt vekk ;)


    Hvor lenge dette virker innen de finner på at de er kun med CD egen mottaker og pvr kit du har lov og ta opp hvet jeg ikke men det er bare og prøve seg ;)


    Men sånn i utgangs punkt så kan du kun se på en kanal med CI+ modulen
