OKEY WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE PEOPLE!!!
ITS OKEY TO HAVE AN HEATED DEBATE
BUT NO BAD LANGUAGE!! PLEASE :)
Okey did not now you where such good friend ;)
Well then you have a bigger problem setup a Viasat Card for sharing is very tricky and i am not the guy to help you there
But ask in the Nordic section i know the Danish still have some sd working solutions.
Its OK to ask in English even if we prefer Nordic language :)
Norway and Sweden have all dead cards
This is why i dont like external links ;)
I use it and it works like a charm and if you have a good internetprovider you can use VPN to connect from outside your private
network also ;)
I was just guessing you did speak some of the Nordic language since you ask question about Viasat ;)
But i can give you a short explain about how to use your CI+ Module to share in your private network.
First as you have allredy done you need to setup your Mutant HD51.
Then on your Mutant HD60 download plugin "RemoteChannelStreamConverter"
After installation and reboot of enigma2 (GUI) you usally find plugin
in same meny as service searching.
Now open plugin and add the ipadress to your Mutant HD51 and press download.
Now you can download all channels or only the one you want to your Mutant HD60
and stream all channels that need CI+ module to work. This work also just fine with any HD/UHD channels.
If you dont need any sat channels you can disable all tuners and watch all channels from the Mutant HD51
without ant sat dish connected. Its in some way a small IPTV private network ;)
Read this thread in the Nordic section on how to share your CI+ module channels in your private network :)
Try this image with Meoboot plugin pre installed and follow installations instruction below.
If you do this you can install any image size you want in multiboot and you can have mutiple images
and thats nice for trsting what image you prefer best.
1- Flash the attached,sim2-meoboot already included in the image,
i advice to install this image because includes all files needed for multiboot
2- format your usb stick by windows fat32
3- initialize the usb stick by system-setup-storage devices and mount as /media/hdd
4- open plugin browser-meoboot
5- install meoboot on selected device
6- by ftp copy your images(original or sim2) to /media/hdd/MbootUpload or download image from here:
Important!!! Not DM800SE V2 images
7- install any image you want
8- Reboot and choose image you want to boot into :)
What clone sim does it have?
Most common is Sim 2.10 but there are several others also
Usally the images you have been using have the sim name
Simple Answer is NO but you can install skins and plugins that would make your image to big
if you did not use flash expander but you cant flash bigger images.
There are some plugins like Meoboot and Barry Allen that gives you whats called Multiboot option
This is better because then you have a small image in your STB Flash but can install a mega bigg image in multiboot (Usb MemoryStick).
If you tell us what STB you have we might be able and help you to setup a multiboot inviroment :)
I am guessing you have an old Dreambox Clone ;)
You need a full reboot to be sure that your manual ip settings will take change
Where you see Use DHCP Yes just press left on remote and set to No and all is open up for manual settings.
Short explain is that Enigma2 (Linux) is a freeware but drivers are licensed.
And my guess is that the driver issue is a legal matter of use.
There is some workaround that some people get to work and some other dont.
Me my self have no DUO4K so cant do any testing my self. But if you look at the MIS channels on most sat
they should be searched as a DVB-S2 NOT DVB-S2X so if you set APSK to auto and fec to auto you should be
able to get the channels.
Here you find freq info about MIS on sat.
Agree nice work
I am pretty sure you have a faulty network cable
To test set your IP address manual and use 8.8.8.8 as dns server
If you dont get it to work then try another cable
Then you find the problem ;) put in to place an try and boot up your STB
Thats a sim 2.01 so you are trying with correct images. but did you check the tuner while you have your box open?
Check the small bridge that the tuner is connected to also that all is in the slots and all is thight
Did you try to change tuner settings in Setup - System - Customize - Preffered tuner to auto?
If you look at his screenshots there is no installed tuner to find.
I suggest he open upd the STB and check that tuner has not slipped out of the slot
since they are plug and play. and turm on his DM if tuner stays ice cold its dead/burned

And you are sure your tuner is working?
This old clones are famous for burning the tuner (Overheating)
So i know people hade to use extra cooling fans otherwise the tuner got burned.
