You have to ask him to publish the patched drivers or to update his build with patched drivers.

DM800HD clones are so old i dubt that there have been any updates for many years so

should not be a problem. And you can test with some other images also. Most of them are correct builds.

You can go for older images since there has been no new driver updates since 2015 ;)

This due to missing or corrupt drivers, typical for Clones when people make clone images they forget to add patched tuner drivers.

You have to try another sim 2.01 image where the drivers are patched.

But most likley you get a chrash so do a image backup first ;)

Omnikey card readers usally works just fine with Enigma2 so i think what you need is the pcsc kernel module/driver to make it work.

How and where to find that for your STB i dont know. and in some images the driver module is there but not activated.

Dont know how to do that in ATV/VIX but in Blackhole we have the module manager where we can turn on and off moduls.

Look in to /usr/lib and see if you find the libpcsclite.so driver if not you need to contact ATV forum or Technomate direct

and see if they can provide you the proper driver.

Of cause you can take a chance if you dont have the driver and try and use from other Simular STB with ATV image

Maybe you can give us some info about how you solved it so others with same issue can get helped :)

Not sure but OpenATV and OpenVix seems to be a popular image among users here at the forum :)

So try one of thoose :)

No Blackhole image is only for Vu+ so any other image you see is either a clone image or an hacked OBH image for other STB then Vu+

But i got involved in another project so thats on ice for th moment but nice work :)

By the way if you want to play around and make your own 3D Characters then Daz3D is a good freeware

If you like me are really into 3D then Poser 11 is really nice to use but expencive so let me now

Just so we can clear out the obviuse you have removed the plastic stick from the batteries and you se a red light when pushing buttons

So you are sure the remote is working proper?

And have it ever work for you with the stock Vu+ image it comes with?

This could be a broken remote

It could be Bad flash of image

So for testing that all is working with you STB

And flash that image if still problem go back to your dealer and get help

there is guarante on this box so they might just give you a new one

1. you have flashed your STB with ATV 6.3?

2. STB is booting up and in to ATV 6.3?

3. If succesfull boot is done your STB dont responde to the Remote at all?

In the bottom of the reader config you should have the option to "block fake CW"
