I am 99% sure this is a driver problem. Post in the openatv forum or the github repository and ask them to the ask a fix from the manufacturer.

1. oscam started with Euronews channel (FTA)

2. switch to AFN Movie - video OK

3. switch to AFN prime Atlantic - video OK

4. switch to AFN prime Pacific - video NOK

5. started recording - video NOK

6. stopped recording - video NOK

7. switch to fta channel

8. going back to AFN prime Pacific - video OK

Is this issue present for a long time? Did you make an update, either in oscam or in openatv and then I showed up? Maybe it's a driver issue.

I can't see how it is an oscam problem though. Everything seem OK in the logs. Every AFN channel is the same, so if there was a problem in oscam, then every AFN channel should have the same problem.

Please also post your complete config folder (just make sure you remove any private info from your oscam.server)

same thing for recordings.

Attached below one ok (simpsons) and the other nok (jimmy fallon).

Interesting thing: a channel with no video starts to work after watching a recording... (even if it's a nok channel recording)

Can you also try this: Change channels until you get again a blank screen (no video) with AFN.

At that point start a recording for that channel with no video. Does the recorded file play with video on a PC?

In my last log Oscam started with AFN Sport with audio but no video. Then around 18:13:57 I switched to RAI1 HD (local card) and got video and audio. Then Swiched again to AFN (18:14:15) and got video and audio. Then I switched to other afn channels and lose video at some point, I don't remember exactly when.

This evening I will try your advices and then post a log with a comment for every channel changing.

I know, that was an old oscam.conf file, now user is venton everywhere. I configured everything from scratch few days ago.

Also, try with extended_cw_api set to 1, instead of 2. I am not sure this do any difference though.

Does your receiver open the powervu channels in 0.8W of 4.8E?

If I try extended_cw_api=1 I get "ERROR: ioctl(CA_SET_DESCR_MODE): Invalid argument"

I cannot try any channel on 0.8W or 4.8E since my dish is not pointed to those sats.

Here is attached the log with the errors. (I got the video working only a couple of times switching back from other working channels)

Could you plug this in at the bottom of your keys file and see what happens?
AFN's been on and channels come in immediately when changed. This is from 99W. Oscam 11523 latest.

If I'm watching a channel (either FTA or an encrypted channel descrambled correctly with a local card) then I select an AFN channel, the descrambling starts and works correctly. If I change to another AFN channel the video turns black but the audio works correctly. The Oscam log tells me "ECM found" even with blank screen and working audio. Often if I select an FTA channel or another channel handled by a local card then I go back to the AFN channel that before had no video, then it starts to work again.
