complete image backup of openatv zgemma

hi guys ,,,,,,,,,,do u now how i can make a complete image backup of my box line plugins etc......
as im new to zgemma boxs im on openatv 5.1 and it as took me days to setup my box,,,,,,,,
and just in case some thing goes wrong,,,, i got a backup thanks

thanks for reply master g i have a zgemma h2s with 4gb sd card for epg plugins ect......when i press green button i have a message saying no backupstick.txt on usb...... do i have to mount the usb first?

its mounted as media/hdd iv it the hdd button and it did somthing but how would i get to the files now?
in gone in to temp/media/hdd on ftp and i have a folder called bi with 2 files inside root.ubi and ubinize.cfg and a backupstick.txt in there is this the backup?
