No Nims found

    Hi All


    My vuduo2 is stating No NIms found and the EPG is not listing for SLY but ok for the rest not sure if it is the channel list or the EPG any help would be appriciated

    I have 1 tuner and it is connected to a fixed dish at 28.2 a second cable from that dish feeds another tuner in a fixed tv
    I have BBC epg but no sly epg not sure if auto bouquets are working

    Please stick to one item per thread. We are discussing AutoBouquetsMaker here, let us deal with EPG later, in another thread. Root cause may be the same, but lets keep things simple.


    Task 1.
    Check you can receive signal on the pictured transponder
    Menu > Setup > Service Searching > Signal Finder
    Change values to what is in picture.
    Do you get a lock? Post a picture of it please.




    Task 2 (only if you get lock on the trasnponder in task 1)
    Can you enable debug logs.
    Menu > Setup > System > Logs > Settings > Enable debug logs >
    Change to yes and restart receiver.
    Run AutoBouquetsMaker and then uplaod teh debug log. You will find the debug log in /home/root/logs

    I have used open web if to grab a screen shot where does it put it ?

    all back working I can only surmise that the data stream from the sat was not there when the auto Bouquets was timed to download ?
