You have not said which provider this is. But as you were using Rytec EPG and it worked (via CrossEPG downloader), best you use Rytec again. If CrossEPG does not work on your new receiver, try using EPG importer plugin. It will download the same data from the interweb.
I thought you respond on my problem with my oscambuild script whom is not working anymore.
You have not said what script you are using or what the error is. Please try using simplebuild. if you have an existing version, it will need an update. Please see this article
EPG Refresh is just a clever channel zapper/selector. It zaps to a channel so that Enigma2 absorbs the EPG from the signal stream.
So the test is this: Manually select the channel, do you then absorb more EPG data? If not, you will need to use another method to get EPG.
Hi Guys, I have debian server and I can not get the latest oscam anymore. They changed everything at streamboard.tv
With my command in putty öscambuild" it dont make contact to the server. Who can help me with this?
Plain oscam (without emu) has moved to a git repository. You will have to update your script.
EPG is held in RAM. It is only saved/loaded by Enigma 2 during shutdown or startup. So storage device doesn't matter.
Picons are generally read in bursts and on demand. So flash storage (internal flash memory, usb flash drive, SSD) are better as you don't get lag while the storage device wakes up. Unless the mechanical HDD is constantly spinning owing to permanent time shift.
The chipset only supports certain codecs. As per TS post, you need to find out what codec was use to encode the media file. As he said, VLC on your PC will show you the details.
There might be a software/media player solution that does not use the chipset to play back the file directly.
The Duo 4K is the better receiver. Going from a "Vu Duo 4K" to "Vu Duo 4K SE" is a downgrade. The SE uses the older CPU that is also used in the Ultimo 4K
if anyone else post here rather than mine oscam or asking support for someone else's oscam I will stop sharing oscam .
Maybe we should change title of thread to include your name and have one thread for uploads and another for support?
Unless I have configured it incorrectly, not working on duo 4k. Non-icam channels are working
It is working, user error corrected. Sorry.
In attach Test file for ARM devices only ..
Try to fix Sky UK as @Ev0 Advised ...

Can a mod clean up some irrelevant posts here please?
Thank you
I have moved posts not relevant to this thread to their own thread. Any more tvheadend posts in here will be deleted.
When people are posting about satellite receiver issues, it is unhelpful to post about tvheadend.
Non-emu oscam now supports stream relay. It was added in 11735 for Sky De, a further change for the UK was added in 11743.
,it doesn't say anything telnet
Post whatever you get when you try to install it. We are assuming you are installing by telnet
Note: Since oscam 11743, streamrelay works on UK. So I have removed the "not UK" from title
Please do not mix up bouquets with EPG. They are different items.
There two ways of doing this.
1. In ABM configure menu, there is an option to "place bouquets at". Default is top, change it to bottom.
2. In the provider menu, the create main menu will allow you to select another bouquet.
Might be easier if you install the PLi nightly/developer image. It will have the stream relay function. As well as being able to install an oscam that will decrypt the channels from the plugin server.
Edit: I forgot to mention, if installing the ipk you find for all images, on PLi you have to install libusb.
You need to install the correct modules. I am sure I had it working on a H9S SE.

opkg install kernel-module-mn88472
opkg install firmware-mn8847x
opkg install kernel-module-dvb-usb-dib0700
opkg install firmware-dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20
opkg install kernel-module-tda18250
No need to remove the USB. Restart the receiver after installing drivers, not just the GUI.
