OpenATV-8.0 beta image for all

The video fast-forward and rewind feature has been removed from the movies and VODs in the Favorites bouquets. It was available in previous Open ATV versions. I request that it be reinstated.

Something very strange happened to me

when I use the default skin, the Sky DE package runs very smoothly and stably, but when I use the Aglare skin, there are frequent flickers and freezes. Does the skin have anything to do with this?

Yes, the skin can definitely have an impact.

If a skin uses poorly optimized renderers or converters, for example ones that poll values every few milliseconds, this can put a lot of load on the system. That can lead to flickering, freezes, or other unstable behavior.

So if the Sky DE package runs smoothly with the default skin but causes issues with the Aglare skin, it is very likely that the skin is triggering or exposing the problem.

I started experiencing problems with my DreamBox 920 device after the last update with OpenATV 8.0 software.

When I backed it up on April 29th, it was at oscam-emu version 11953 and there were no problems with oscam working.

However, in the update on May 1st, oscam emu was upgraded to 11958 and then oscam stopped working on the device.

Alpha 8.0 is a thing of the past. Beta images are being built, and so Oscams will need to be compiled for OpenSSL 4.0.

there were updates yesterday https://github.com/SusanOV/softcamfeed/tree/main/oea/6.0

I had to manually download and install oscam-master ipk to get to work on 8.0 beta

The installation done via feed was deleted and reinstalled as an ipk, but the problem persists.

Oscam doesn't start, it shows an error in the header bar as shown in the image.

version "openatv-8.0.0-beta-osmini4k-20260505" with 11958 oscam version, works good on my mini4k.

Have you tried with Metrix hd skin.

This problem has already been fixed. Today everything is fine. The Fury-FHD skin works fine.

i use this beta version but i feel that channel change of iptv take of time rather then alfa version mean its slow work any person face this ?

I haven't tried v8.0 yet, but have you got logging on, there is so much noise in logs when using gstreamer or serviceapp.
I might be the cause if its constantly churning away at logs.

This version multistalkerpro 1.2 dont work in py 3.14 images, OPENATV 8.0 is Py 3.14.

To OPENATV 8.0 only works version multistalkerpro 1.3 (But that version is paid)
