How valid is your 64gb usb stick.
These boxes require good quality branded usbs sticks like kingstons or sandisk.
Most cheap chinese 64gb usb sticks are usually fake and can cause issues. -
If you can't solve the USB issue, another option is to flash using the function in the image. Depending on your image, it's called Flash online, flash image, image manager.

don't use 64GB, 16GB is best or 32GB at worst, but make sure they are decent, some are very crappy

Hi, I am using a new SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C Flash Drive 64GB USB drive. It works perfectly on my PC and Xiaomi 3rd Gen Android box. I formatted it to FAT32 and followed the correct flashing steps for the VU+ Solo 4K, but the box does not detect the USB during boot. I also tried another 64GB USB drive and got the same result. Unfortunately, both USB drives I have are 64GB. In the past, I used a 16GB USB drive to flash the box without any problem, but right now I do not have a 16GB USB, so I am facing this issue with the 64GB USB drives.Screenshot (1).png

Hi, there are always problems with large memory for flashing receivers. The best flash drives for flashing receivers are those with a small capacity of 2 megabytes.

flash with a very old image. They were much smaller. I have even gone back to openatv 6.4 sometimes just to get a flash on troublesome boxes.
Then if successful, use the flash online to step through some later updates.
