please help. cannot flash a dm800hd sim 2.01when using dream up patched

Starts with error 1
Using Serial Cable, Contact made, Box Identified

23:41:26 box type: DM800
No CA found by 2nd stage loader, please contact support at dream-multimedia!
Dragged Repair as per tut
Flash button Available
Select sim201-SS82-de-133dv3PHOENIX2-dm800-13052011.nfi from desktop
23:43:20 file to big!

Any ideas, I want to do this, but so frustrating

I do as scoots tut asks, when I get to the flash and select the image it says that the file is too big, cannot get past that, is it asking for a different file? help please

Found the problem, the sim holder is damaged, it is flimsey and snapped. held the sim in place with lolly stick and all is working now
