Had a look at the install information on both images, FGPA is already upgraded on version 1.6.6 and does not need to be done again to flash 1.7.0.
So flash the latest image as normal via USB.

just to add ,your backups from version 1.6.6. will not work in version 1.7.0.
so you need to start from 0 ,
installing everything again then remember to make a full backup when you have everything onboard. -
Had to install Oscam6059/Ccam213 from TSpanel as the one in image wouldn't start?
you should search out the official BH cam pack for this image everything works as it should with these installed
