I have given up with the Dark motor and today got a Technomate TM-2600 M2 Super
But how do I tell if it is a M2? As it doesn't say so on the box or the instruction book.
The only thing it does mention in the book is Type 1 (50mm diameter arm) and Type 2 (42mm Diameter).
The one I have has a 50mm arm.
All the new TM motors the 2300 and 2600 model are all M2 if it says so on the box this has nothing to do with any diameter measurements its just to let you know this is the new revised Motor.
That's just it, it doesn't say on the box.

Nonetheless it is a well built very reliable motor and hasn´t let me down once despite living on the coast..
One thing though is make sure you cover the F connectors with rubber band or similar to weatherproof the connections..
So the M1 is good?
