Hi does anyone know can I use my mars box with vugin media instead of the sky dish. Or what box is best for virgin. thx in advance.

Marbox has sat tuners not cable tuners!!
Yo need an STB with a cable tuner -
Mars has DVB-S/S2 tuners which are only for Satellite.. For Cable you need DVB-C tuners..

There are many different models of openbox, some are cable & satellite combo, others are satellite only, which are you referring too ?
