SAB SOLO not scanning in all channels - Time out for tuner lock on auto boquets

Hi,
I have a SAB solo single tuner, A lot of the channels are being displayed as N/A,
After doing a re scan of the channels only 500 channels are being detected, There should be over 900 channels detected,
Also when i try to do an update of the autoboquets i get the message "Time out for tuner lock"

Does anyone know why all the channels are not being scanned in please,
I have tried different images but the problem is still present,

Previously the same box was able to scan over 900 channels & all channels were available,
But now only 500 channels are being scanned,
The dish & the LNB are working perfect because when i connect another box the the same setup the 900 channels are being scanned in OK on the other box

Any help would be appreciated please,

I have tried factory reset, i have also changed the image & still the issue is present,,
