Gigablue Plus HD Black Screen

    I recently purchased a Gigablue Plus HD and it has been nothing but trouble, setting aside my dislike for enigma 2, I am really getting problems viewing free to air channels.
    The box seems to have a mind of its own, some free to air channels are marked as locked, when I try and move from one satellite to another it will decide whether it wants to or not..


    For example
    BBC RB1 works fine, change to BBC Wales black screen
    Change channel from BBC RB 1 to channel on 19.2 won't move


    I have to go into positioner and manually move to 19.2


    I wonder if anyone has any thoughts?

    got a gigablue quad myself mate with OpenATV 5.1 using diseqc 1.2, and imho it's one of the best boxes i've ever had, and believe me i've had a lot, very fast zapper and never misses a beat.


    i can only think that your problem emanates from your sat settings, can i suggest that you studiously reset satellite settings from the beginning, i don't think your problem is down to the reciever.
