I dont think so, no Enigma 2 based image has Kodi 16 yet so it probably needs compiling to allow it to work alongside Enigma
In few days you'll have fresh news with new OpenSPA release. This release is including new Kodi 16 "Jarvis"

start in the KODI section ;)
plenty given and lots of reading :)
i dont use E2 for kodi dont see the dont see the point tbh
use openelec libreelec or droid i find them much cleaner and better for my use
have a look in that section though and see whats availible for you to config
via same kodi settings as every kodi device can jack into teh same repo's
its just a trial in error to find whats good for your device in O/S your running
hope it helps and if your stuck after reading some info in that section , make a new thread in that section
and im sure some Kodi fans will shout out :)
OpenATV is now using Jarvis
I usually add http://fusion.tvaddons.ag as a source and install "Config wizard" from Zip (it's in start here)
After it completes go to programs and run "Hub Wizard" from there.
It'll install Exodus, SALTS, Phoenix, Sports Devil and many more automatically
