Our zgemma box has started to freeze occasionally on hd channels, we have noticed recently that when we change channels the epg shows the channel but alongside it is a green arrow pointing down that flashes, please can anyone advise what the issues may be?

Depending on what image you are using do NOT DO UPDATE till you tell us what image you are running

Freezing and glitch come for your service provider

Where would i find what image, we are using? I am abit reluctant to press this n press that, in fear of wipin the box and been left with nothing.
