Omnikey 3121

Mine are very similar (have both cards)
Only main difference i have is a CCcam entry also (I primarily use c-lines for sharing and n-lines for local networked receivers)
Also have enabled mgcamd client in newcamd entry:

I would say it looks very outdated saveinithistory = 1 has been obsolete for maybe 2 years
You have an easy to guess webinfo port
You have added newcamd like everyone does but I doubt you use it, why would you ?
With Omnikey 3121 I have never found having the mhz and cardmhz at anything other than 357 do be of any advantage as I have never found making a change to make even the slightest difference.

I would suggest a few hours reading the oscam wiki and not copy configs from the net that do not suite your setup.
