Cannot Import Name EMCCurrentService

Hi, Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how I can fix it. I have tried to remove EMC and force install it again but it always gives the same message.

i have the same error on my open vix image cloud ibox 2 plus box.. any one out there have any fix.... plz help
