How i can disable theCCcam 16001 port?

Hello,
I search how i can disable the 16001 port..
I have tried too closed this port in my router,but as i scan in the CCcamwebinfo all the open ports,the 16001 is still open...joint10

WEBINFO LISTEN PORT : 20001

This is the same port as i have in the CCcamwebinfo.config file in /www,but as i type my ip adres:16001,its working,but not ip adress:20001...
