f5 problem

hi,after updating channel list on my f5 I now am getting a flashing box up on tv screen every 30 seconds ( device speed to low to record) does anybody know how to fix this problem,thanks

I loaded new tp channel list to usb and done upgrade,have done this many times before and had no problems,all was working fine till I done updated channel list,

problem sorted usb stick still in usb port,
