What you posted doesn`t make any sense. Do you mean you want to add iptv links on the zero via putty and command line ?

Haven´t heard of how to add iptv through putty but ... [DOWNLOAD]PuTTY
But if you already have DCC( Dreambox Control Centre) then you already have FTP + TELNET ..
However , getting back to what you would like to try.
