wetek play is far better more memory more images in nand or sdcard, Android or openelec, if you want a basic sat reciever then the solo would suit, but wetek has far more potential.
The Wetek is my personal favourite as I like to experiment with it and try different images etc. The thing to bear in mind is it is still a work in progress, it needs newer kernel and better drivers. The hardware is not the latest and greatest but functions well enough for my purposes. I will be interested to see what the Wetek play 2 brings to the table if the price is reasonable. The current model is cheap enough to buy at present and will probably drop further when the 2nd version goes on sale. From what I have seen on the various forums people using the dvbS version have less problems than people using dvbC dvbT versions.
For me the wetek is a toy to play with, the satellite box is for watching TV. Each to there own....

I think the receiver wetek play is much better of receiver vu+ solo se v2 and all receivers vu+
because wetek play os is android+linux enigma+open elec+custum rom :hi-five:but receivers vu+ have only os linux enigma.
