oscam config

I have 2 users currently added which the channels are not clearing on there side the server is showing online but not clearing and caid in status bar for both are 0000:0000 they both have openboxes different house the rest are fine also log showing nothing wrong very strange any help thanks in advance

If you have setup the accounts exactly the same as the others that are working then the problem will probably be at the openbox side.

Its normal if you don`t subscribe to the channel that`s being requested.

Also in user tab a user is green which means he's on I think what does yellow mean that the box is on one channel for long time or it's on standby thanks for your help really appreciated:thumb:
