Problem with one client freezing after 5

hi i have a problem where a particular client is having problems with his box feezing after 5pm. It then seems to sort itself out by 11pm ish but has the same problem again. i have removed his c line given him new one as well as re imaging his openbox s10. any ideas?

Sounds like when its peak time internet useage, does he have a poor/slow internet connection ?

I have the same problem with my s10 becomming glitchy usualy switching off my router and switching it back on does fix it though, out of curiousity what isp are they with mine is orange, cheers Dazzza

is he using a lan cable or is he like me using a wifi bridge, if the later they are at best glitchy and I've even had one go faulty after being on for 2 mins unplug plug back in works again for another 2 mins then kept loosing signal, if you have access to the box try taking it home and using it on your network, there was some boxes that had faulty lan cards but more than likely it is the isp throttling the speed the same as orange do, cheers Dazzza
