Hi folks, the last image on my solo 4K is 4.0.003 and when I try to update to a newer one useing a usb
it tells me no readable files found and if I try by way of image manager I get the message Sorry this machine is not supported yet. Today there is the latest image 4.1.011 sub zip.

No idea which image you are refereeing to but make sure you format your USB to FAT 32 and make sure you have all other USB devices unplugged from your STB before you try to update.
If you still have trouble use the HP format tool. -
Have you got more than one USB device connected? If so, disconnect others.
