Rtmpdump, Livestreamersrv.ipk dependencie

Hello,
i tryed to install Albatros on Vu+ Duo2, Black Hole Image 3.0.2,
and i've seen that i needed the dependency livestreamersrv.ipk,
but i could't install livestreamersrv.ipk because it needs as well a dependency named Rtmpdump,
so i tried all i could to install rtmpdump,
telnet, manual install, and ftp to usr/bin, but anything change.
When i do tar -xzvf /tmp/rtmpdump.tar.gz -C / or after manual install,
i see the Rtmpdump file in /,
but then, when i try to install the .ipk, i always receive the same message:
cannot install, cannot satisfy dependency rtmpdump.
Could somebody help me, please ?
