Ddc error on zgemma star s2

good morning, iam having a problem with the DDC dreambox control center, I keep getting a error message error 10057 in function send socket is not connected. in the protocol it says telnet disconnected telnet login incorrect I have the correct ip address. but my laptop just wont link to the zgemma box. in the ftp its just blank

thanks for your reply master g, ip address matches up, I have just tried FileZilla and I get a error message 331 please specify the password and 530 login incorrect , critical error could not connect to server,insecure server it does not support ftp over tls
