“can’t satisfy as the python-pyopenssl, python-textutils and curl”

I am new to Enigma 2 and have a IPbox 9000hd installed running E2 Hyperion 5.3.1

I have installed Dreamplex with “enigma2-plugin-extensions-dreamplex_2.1.3_all.ipk” and when installing and using the system check it advised that “can’t satisfy as the python-pyopenssl, python-textutils and curl”
Looked back at previous version and these were added to release “enigma2-plugin-extensions-dreamplex_2.0.1_all.ipk” but l am unable to load this release as you don’t seem able to downgrade?
Have they been left out of this plugin release? How can l get these dependencies?

Thanks for the downloads however when installing them and loading dreamplex it identified others:
grateria-core, libpython 2.7-1.0, python-core, Python-1.0, python-re, python-stringolda dn LIBc6
Not sure if there are other dependencies? but appreciate your help
