Zgemma Star 2s runnung openATV no signal on Tuner B

Hi
Have this problem ,where tuner B will not get a signal on satfinder ( when tuner b selected comes back tuner failed)
have checked cabling (swapped a to b, issue stays with tuner b) and tried different settings but to no avail.
anybody no what is wrong? or is it hardware

I think a reflash sorts it for some if your cabling, setup is ok

just had a new box delivered (for my sister) and it seems to be the same, Tuner A ok Tuner B no signal (set up tuner A simple 28.2deg, tuner b equal to A) Am I missing something? should they both not have signal lock??

Have you made sure there is lnb cable to both tuners? this comes up when there is only one feed plugged in.if only one feed disable tuner b
