CCCAM ipk

    I had the panel install but when I tried to install cccam it crashed the box. Cheers

    CCcam 2.3.0 ipk


    You still haven´t mentioned which image or version so you need to read a little for your image:
    CCcam Support
    but usually there are three folders:
    /ETC for CCcam.cfg , ( chmod 644)
    /usr/bin for cam 239 mips (chmod 755)
    /usr/script cam230.sh (chmod 755)
    but depending on the image, it may vary for CCcam.cfg

    Very strange it should crash the box..

    Thanks, I am all up and running now. Using OpenViX and their website and plugins was down yesterday and Oscam was playing up for me so wanted to try and see if cccam rectified the problem. What does changing the attributes to 644 do?

    I installed CCcam 2.3.0 but the card TVsat paper placed inside the Dreambox slot does not read the newspaper, maybe not to set well my cccam cfg

    there some configuration for the cccam cfg 221 per card tvsat
    so that it reads the cart in the card slot

    not sure about dreambox e2, but in CCcam.cfg it should either look like this:

    SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY: /dev/sci0 6800000
SMARTCARD SID ASSIGN: /dev/sci0

    to activate the line you eliminate the hashtag # before the line
