cable problem

hi guys got twin tuner and took out single tuner, put in twin tuner, did a cable scan and not receiving all channels, on single tuner i use to get the 174 cable channels on vm ireland but on the twin only 89,on single tuner lifetime tuned in fine on twin tuner says tune failed and says that on good few channels on twin tuner and all clear tuned in on single is there some setting file missing thanks
