Where is the best place to put satellites.xml file ?

most images it is at etc/tuxbox

Check it is there, then overwrite it

because it might be, it varies from image to image, check if it is there, i do not use blackhole.

On OpenPLi, OpenVix, Open BlackHole and other OE-A images, the system copy is in tuxbox. This gets replaced on updates. The user version goes in etc/enigma2/ This will take priority over the system one in tuxbox. It will not be changed/interfered with when you update.

Not sure about black hole.
