Hi Guys
I have just purchased a VU+ Solo 2 with Open vix installed. i can't get Ccam 2.3.0 to work. Ive installed in temp folder and ccam. config in etc folder but when i go into soft cam manager and try to connect ccam 2.3.0 from there i get the message No config files found, please setup ccam first in etc/ccam.cfg. What am i doing wrong , I am tearing the bit hair i have left out now. Thanks in advance
ccam won't work

Use the attached CCcam.cfg.. If you are editing this file on your desktop with notepad, make sure it doesn`t end up as CCcam.cfg.txt after sending it too the receiver.. Use notepad++ and it won`t change the file extension..

That isn`t the default location for openvix image.. Maybe you are using a satvenus backup image ? They seem to have used that location in the past..

no im using http://linuxsat-support.com/sh…1-Openvix-4-0-002-Release i havent updated my profile though doh!!
He will know if its that location i said if he presses the blue button and OUD camd manager appears, you can then download and enable cams through it, if thats not there and it should be in /etc theres maybe white space in the .cfg??- - - Updated - - -
