Cross EPG wont save at friends house but saves fine at mine (same box and usb)

So i have set up a Zgemma HS for a friend, set it all up etc saved EPG to USB, went round to his house and obviously had to refresh Cross EPG and none of the listings will save.

Same box, Same USB, different house...

Why? Completley baffled....ive even brought it home again and its saved first time!

The listings delete as soon as power is cut at mains though dont they. Hes only running 1mbs internet wondering if its that but sly channels play fine
