Movie Download problem

I have been having the same problem for a while now. Even with the latest TS Media. Once I have clicked on TSMedia and exited then pressed the blue button on the VIX image, you can see it is trying to download addons etc ,but not actually progressing.

can you give example for movie not downloading?

When click on tsmedia then exit blue button on box image nothing happens my movie would be at. Bottom playing ok but now download

Sorry not downloading because always trying to update addons and nothing happens latest tsmedia11.3 full+ updates 26.10.16

check free space
however these download tasks done by job manager of the image and not done by TSmedia and download progressing well in my openpli and openxta images.
typically job manager should end failed download task and progressing to next download task
check image update and if persists discuss the problem with the vix image team

hello i have the same problem ,using 11.3 on openatv 5.3 duo2 openatv website say it is twisted web update in image and that tsmedia needs to update the plugin seems all the allience images are acting the same
