lost all sky movie channels and sky sports openpli 2.1 image dreambox 800hd

    I have exactly the same issue as Scooby, everything quit about a week ago first the movies then the sports then everything else.


    Was running cccam 2.3.0 on a genuine dreambox dm800 hd, openpli 2.1 image, white card from a sky + box (old white box 963), have called sky for a new card (red one 960) this is not working either then I found this thread I have been looking at a fix all week. I really don't have a clue as to oscam setup, I downloaded your config files and loaded them still nothing.

    please help i'm at a complete loss and total out of my comfort zone, my oscam build also looks a little old

    hi, im having exactly the same problem as big al, (the only sky box I have is a sky plus white one and that's what the card is paired to)


    I was running cccam 2.3.0, on an openpli 2.1 image, dreambox 800hd


    Very steep learning curve with oscam (clearing some channels), have been running cccam for 7 years no problems then the movies died followed by the sports then the rest last week


    All channels clear except movies and sports under oscam, (was a white card but thought the problem was the card so replaced it to a red card yesterday), box key appears to be correct because if I remove it all channel die, although I do get 2 different ones if I use the serial number on the bottom of the box(17 digit) and the one shown on the setup screen (sky also read back the box serial number to me (11 digits) the 11 digit serial number is the one I have used to get some channel clearing.


    Sky card in the sky box movies and sports work no problem, sky card in the dm800 I get this

    hi Codar thanks for that I have added the box ID and changed all the configs to read 960 (yes still running the red card told sky I lost the white one when it all went pear shaped), I now have channels clearing sky1 discovery, but not the movies or sports on the dreambox seems a common problem, I have placed the card back in the sky box and all channels work movies sports etc
    Is the build of oscam I'm using alittle old?

    thanks in advance guys, I was running cccam for over 7 years then it just stopped, I can see this in the log channel not subscribed but it is?????


    also cant seem to get the webif to work either logs are coming from inside the box

    thanks master g, will give that a go, I have looked at the oscam updates there are loads, I was confused as there appears to be nothing for my configuration,


    openpli 2.1, genuine dreambox dm800hd, can you suggest an oscam version for my config.

    Extract the attachment.
    FTP to /usr/bin and search for the file oscam.
    Rename old oscam to oscam1.
    FTP the new version to the same location.
    Change permissions on the new oscam to 755.
    Restart enigma2.
    If this version doesn`t work just rename the old oscam1 back to oscam and restart GUI.

    loaded the file above after 3 hours of trying, (I hate jumping into the unknown), no difference it didn't load the file however I seem to have updated it at some point to a slightly newer build, I added the files suggested too no difference
    heres the new log file, I got the webif to work as well and all the other boxes are talking to it (after some experimentation)

    regarding the box id, I have read that if you only have a 10 digit serial number (as I do) you add a 0 to the front of it, when I ask sky to confirm my box serial number they added a 2 to the front of it, which works out that you take the first 5 digits and the very last one off the serial number on the bottom of the box
