mars 2 hd se stuck on boot

    Can anyone help with this box when i turn it on it starts to boot i see mars logo on the screen then goes dark the box just displays boot.
    I have tried powering up the box and holding the m button with different update.zip files on a usb key but after android logo it says error
    idid not unzip the file as it says in the thread and called it update.zip.
    Also i cannot get ip from the box so i cant use abd tool there is rs232 on back but info on the net about it
    Any help on this would great this box is doing my head in.

    In your router you can see all connections via LAN and WIFI
    In your pc windows in the searchbar write cmd > this will open up a small window > type: ipconfig /all > you will see info to find the mars ll box ip

    the box will not show up in the router i can see my second mars box there but no joy on this one the green and orange lights are on looks like a hardware fault
