How many C lines can be used in Oscam

Hi,
I have bought recently a solo 4k and i am using open vti image. My question is how many clines i can use in Oscam reader..? If i add many clines will it work better in terms of opening the channels and no freeze ?

Also another question about the blind scan plugin , it is not working on any satellite transponders.. any reason?

I already have 3 clines from a provider and another 3 clines from another ..

Also the question of this blind scan how come it is not working on solo 4k ?
