Hi, Im thinking of loading the new sgtflipflop bouquets to my xtrend if i ftp them to the box do they overide the existing ones and do i send them to the ect/enigma folder thanks.

Simply backup your existing to your pc/laptop using dbedit or dreamset.

no i would highly recommend against doing that, for starters your going to end up clogging the image so full of crap and could end up in a bootloop as a result.
as suggested use DBE to dump the existing Bouquet to a pc / laptop then transfer the new ones over. but dont go renaming things. -
So can i use filezila and draag the 3 bouquets is see in there out,one is file the other is radio file and tv file,then just drag in the two new files ive downloaded..

To be honest i would not use a FTP programme at all, use a dedicated piece of software like dreamboxedit or dreamset etc.
