sd card formatter , this will hep you to format full the sd card &usb

And win 32 disk imager , this will help you to burn the image like opanELEC or ather images to sd card &usb

i try usb burning tool but not connect it on hub i have windows 8 but i try now sdcard thnx u so much mate thanks for ur help
