I have got Solo 4k and it comes with type C twin tuner ....
What does TWIN mean, since there is only ONE connection IN.....
What does twin tuner mean?

It is one card, but still two tuners.

Here is what happens, when I record one channel, my C hybrid tuner disable other channels....
Even though, it is supposed to be a twin tuner .....

When you configure a tuner, you are telling the receiver what is connected to the tuner.
Both the tuners (on one card) are connected to the same signal wire. So please set them exactly the same.

Look at your receipt again. Are you sure you bought a Twin tuner module? Even your screenshot in post 1 says it is a single tuner.
