i want to put a url in to my solo4k runing openvix how do i go about it and what programme should i use to get iptv

hi mojo i downloaded putty followed your instructions put ip address of solo4k box plus telnet press enter then root press enter then pasted m3u file press enter .it says system cannot find path specified what am i doing wrong
