Hi all,
I have a problem at my KIII pro.
After click the DTV application, always error with message 'Can not detect any demod/tuner'
I have try to change to different firmwares, but the problem is same.
Anyone can help me to resolve the problem?

It related to ur tuner. Tuner issue i think

I tried it several times, but the problem is still exist. I have resend it back to seller to service it.
It can be fixed from general settings, any how it's gone yet

to fix it temporary go to settings> application manager > installed app > DTV > force close > go menu again and launch it
but as i said it's not the real solution

May be you have flashed unofficial rom 2019 flash another. Here's the link for official ota ROM
i tried your link. KIII_PRO_AVL6862-ota-20180908.182748.V0213 and KIII_PRO_CXD2837-ota-20190117.155141.V0213 and i try malaysy rom and atv rom and all past rom but always dtv saying !! dtv cannot detect any demod/tuner. my box is k3 pro

It's not good ROM all have some problems with tuner, if have issues with the other ROM with cleaning flash maybe you have hardware failure I hope you still have the guarantee. Try to boot with coreelec is totally difference is based on linux
my problem started with install new rom. and i try all rom but not play.
Now liberec tv is working !! but dtv on k3 pro main launcher no starting and again saying dtv cannot detect any demod/tuner.

With usb burning tools with cleaning all data factory reset
I have the same issue on the K2 Pro, using OpenElec instead now.
i tried you.. flash _erase_all and KIII_PRO_AVL6862-ota-20180908.182748.V0213 with usb burning toll..
its done flash, but not deleted files (in box in coreelec) and adnroid menu first setup clear android menu ! and same problem..
not want with coreelec..
I have the same problem with dtv on kii pro s905d. I did factory reset, and then dtv can not detect tuner. I flashed 2 times my box, flashed with the img that sent the factory when I bought it but still the same problem. Any solution for this prolem?
Same Demod/Tuner can not be detected error with me. I tried a number of firmwares and rims but nothing changed. Can somebody help us?
I had faced this issue earlier too. My original stock firmware was NHG47L 20181221.165922.V0213 but I did not realise that other stock firmwares of different/older dates are not the same. And so I started flashing different ROMs without backup of my original stock firmware. All gave demod/tuner errors.
Finally was able to retrieve NHG47L 20181221.165922.V0213 firmware and reflash and DTV app works again.
you guys can give this one a try.
