VU+ Uno, timers

    Hi All,


    have a problem I need Help with.
    My Uno's timer file is currupt, (Timers.XML) is currupt
    and could not be loaded).


    Now when I start the Uno in (B/Hole 1.7.2), Blackhole
    starts OK, then the Uno Act's as if it's first time Setup.
    Asking, English. Confg and so on.
    It then deletes all Channels.

    I have looked in Enigma2 and it has two (Times.XML)
    one as your Download, and another one, the second
    one, is empty.


    The uno creshed three times with the timer problem.
    Now when I start the Uno. B/Hole loads OK, then
    over the top of Blackholes Logo the Uno acts as if its its First
    time Setup asking (English, Config ) and so on.
    It then deletes all channel settings.

    I have deleted both timers.XML files.
    what path do i use to place your file
    into (Enigma2).
    I have imported your timer file into Filevilla
    and received (File does not contain and
    importable data).


    This is the first time for me transferring files.

    the timers.xml file which is found in folder /etc/enigma2/


    In my UNO with bh 1.7.2. there is only 1 timers.xml chmod 644 which contains this :

    <timers>
    </timers>


    so eliminate the other one...
    If it continues to ask you to set it up then do so.
    If it continues ,then I would do a complete reflash ofhte image AFTER backing up your .cfgs ,etc,,,
    there´s obviously something that you have either installed recently or changed in the configuration for the image not to take properly..

    I have quite a lot of glitches on my Uno, i
    tryed to transfer (STPannel 4.9) but that failed
    (No room) i looked in, USR/Lib/opkg, and
    it had 97000 files in their.

    Bigfoot - I would definetely reflash that UNO !!! MAKE SURE YOU GET A BACKUP OF YOUR CONFIGS FIRST!!
    in, USR/Lib/opkg i have 3 folders( alternatives,info,lists) then 2 files ( lock,status)
    and start fresh from scratch !!
